Terms of Service
The agreement a customer would accept when they start using the service.

Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Zevara, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you are acting for a company, on behalf of that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Zevara connects to the tools your team already uses, such as product analytics, CRM, support inbox and billing, and assembles one prepared agenda before your weekly revenue review: what changed, which accounts moved, which signals need a decision, and who owns the follow-up. Zevara does not replace your CRM and does not write back to your source systems unless you explicitly enable a follow-up integration.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when setting up an account, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zevara to store or process data you are not authorized to access, to attempt to break the security of the service, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
Customer data and ownership
You own the data you connect to Zevara and the data your team creates inside it. We use that data only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not claim ownership over it.
Fees, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which we add where required. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Trials and free plans
We may offer a trial or a free plan with limited features. We can change or end a trial or free plan at any time, and continued use of a paid feature after a trial ends may require you to subscribe.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Zevara available and responsive, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. Support is provided through the channels listed on our contact page.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and will use it only to perform this agreement.
Warranties and disclaimers
Zevara is provided as is. Except as expressly stated in these terms, we disclaim all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other customers. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change the service or these terms as the product evolves. For material changes to these terms, we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Zevara after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
