We kept rebuilding the same meeting by hand.
Zevara started because two of us spent every Sunday evening stitching exports together so that Monday’s revenue review would have an agenda. The stitching was the product. So we built it.
A short history
2024
The spreadsheet
We tracked every account by hand in a shared spreadsheet, rebuilt from scratch most Sundays before the Monday meeting.
2025
First ten teams
Ten seed-stage teams agreed to try the early version, mostly to stop doing what we had been doing by hand.
2025
Signals became a product
We stopped just listing what changed and started ranking it, so the meeting could start with a decision instead of a scroll.
2026
Where we are now
A small team runs the weekly review across a growing group of seed to Series A companies. Zevara is a fictional company; this history is demo content for the template.
HOW WE WORK
Three things we refuse to do.
We do not write back to your systems
We do not sell a number without an account attached
We do not add a meeting
The team

Nadia Brandt
Co-founder & CTO
Nadia builds the ingestion layer and cares more about data freshness than anyone should.

Tomas Lindqvist
Co-founder & CEO
Tomas ran revenue operations at two B2B companies and kept rebuilding the same weekly review by hand.

Priya Raman
Revenue Operations Lead
Priya runs onboarding: the first review, the first five signals, the first uncomfortable question.

Jonas Weir
Product Design
Jonas designs for the ninety seconds before a meeting starts, when nobody has time to explore.

Mara Osei
Head of Content
Mara writes the field notes and interviews the teams who run reviews differently.
