Who we are

Zevara is a weekly revenue-review platform for seed to Series A B2B teams. This policy explains what a product like Zevara would collect from the people who use it, and how. The entity operating the service is [Company legal name], with a registered office at [Registered address].

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, work email and the company you represent. When you connect Zevara to your product analytics, CRM, support inbox or billing system, we read the account, contact and revenue signals those tools already store, so the weekly review can flag what changed. We also collect basic usage data, such as pages viewed and login timestamps, to keep the product working.

Why we collect it

We use this information to run the service you signed up for: preparing your weekly agenda, tracking which accounts moved, and routing follow-ups to the right owner. We also use it to secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve the product based on real usage patterns.

Legal bases

Where this applies, we process your data because it is necessary to perform the contract you agreed to when you started using Zevara, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the product secure and useful, or because you gave consent for a specific use, such as marketing email. Where none of those apply, we ask before we act.

Sharing and processors

We share data with the sub-processors that make the product work, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics providers, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell the data you or your customers generate inside Zevara, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

International transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may store or process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep the data protected to the same standard.

Retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to meet legal, tax and dispute obligations. Data pulled from connected tools refreshes on each sync and is not kept longer than needed to produce the current and recent weekly reviews.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact [Data protection contact] and we will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used. You can control non-essential cookies through the preference banner shown on your first visit or through your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will post the new version here and update the last-updated date above; for significant changes we will also notify account owners directly.
